Hi, I'm Abby, a stay-at-home mom of three children and the founder of Gathered Lamb.
Like most moms, I fell in love with beautiful baby clothing the moment I found out I was expecting. But I quickly ran into the same frustrating problem. Everything that looked like it was made with quality worth keeping cost $200+, and everything affordable fell apart after a few washes. With two boys and one girl, I also found it nearly impossible to find neutral, modern pieces that felt special without being over the top.
I sat with that frustration for a while. And then I felt something stronger than frustration. I felt called. I believe God placed it on my heart to build something different, a brand rooted in faith, built for real families, and run with the kind of care I wished I had experienced as a customer.
So in 2022, I decided to build the store I wished existed.
How It Grew
Over time, I started noticing the same thing in every conversation. Moms wanted pieces designed specifically for the moments that mattered most. Coming home days. First photos. Sibling announcements. They wanted something with intention behind it, not just beautiful clothing pulled from a catalog.
So I started designing. Slowly at first, then with more conviction. Every piece I created came from a real conversation with a real mom about what she wished she could find. GOTS certified organic cotton because babies deserve the safest fabrics against their skin. Small batch production because quality matters more than scale. Pieces meant to be kept, gifted, and remembered.
What started as a curated shop became a brand with its own voice, its own pieces, and its own purpose.
Our Community
Gathered Lamb has always been about more than clothing. We are a community of moms, grandmas, gift-givers, and families who believe the smallest moments deserve something beautiful. We have a Prayer Box on our site because we mean it when we say every family matters to us, not just every order.
If you are walking through something hard right now, a difficult season of motherhood, infertility, loss, know that this little corner of the internet was built with you in mind too.
A Note From the Founder
"I was holding my own baby when the idea came. I wanted something that felt worthy of that moment. Now when I design, I'm thinking about you and your baby. That never changes."
