What is Gathered Lamb?
Gathered Lamb is a faith-rooted luxury baby knitwear brand based in McKinney, Texas. I started this brand as a new mom who was frustrated by boutique shopping experiences that charged premium prices but fell short on quality and care. Every piece is designed with intention, made with quality worth keeping, and shipped with the kind of attention you'd want for a gift you actually care about. We sell direct to families and through select wholesale retailers.
Do you donate to charity?
Yes. We donate 10% of every sale to the Tim Tebow Foundation, which works to bring faith, hope, and love to those needing a brighter day. When you shop with us, you are directly contributing to that mission. It is something we hold close and take seriously.

Do you restock your items?
We do restock select styles,
but availability is limited. The best way to know first is to join our list here. Subscribers get early access before items go back on the site.
Do you offer discount codes?
We run occasional sales and offer a welcome discount when you sign up for our email list. We do not stack or combine codes, and discount codes do not apply to sale items unless otherwise noted.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. That said, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, view your order history, and manage your information in one place.
How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and go to your account settings to update your name, email address, shipping address, or password. If you run into any trouble, contact us at hello@gatheredlamb and we will help you sort it out.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order comes packaged beautifully at no extra charge. It is ready to give as-is. If you want to elevate the presentation, you can add a gift box to your order for an additional cost. You will find that option at checkout.
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes. At checkout, you will see an option to add a gift note. We will include it in your package printed or handwritten on a card.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in our shop and never expire. They are a great option when you are not sure of sizing or want to let the parent choose.
What is your best seller for a baby shower gift?
Our most gifted pieces are our Hello World Coming Home Romper, Ribbed Romper & Blaire Pointelle Romper. If you need help deciding, reach out and we are

Payments & Security
Is my payment data safe with you?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption across the entire checkout process. We never store your card details on our end. Your information is protected at every step.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shop Pay and Afterpay are available at checkout if you prefer to pay in installments.
Orders
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@gatheredlamb and we will do everything we can to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account to view tracking updates.
I'm unsatisfied with my order. What now?
Please reach out to us at hello@gatheredlamb.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to make it right. Whether it is a sizing issue, a quality concern, or something else entirely, we will work through it with you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after that. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75 & we offer economy flat rate shipping for smaller orders of $35 or more.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. If you need something by a specific date, we recommend ordering with as much lead time as possible, especially around holidays.
My package says delivered but it is not here. What do I do?
Start by checking with neighbors and any secure spots around your door. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early. If it still has not turned up after 24 hours, contact your local post office or mail carrier directly with your tracking number. They are best equipped to locate it quickly. Please note that Gathered Lamb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To protect your order, we recommend adding package protection at checkout for a smoother claims experience if anything goes wrong in transit.
International Customers
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to select countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your location.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Do you offer free international shipping?
At this time, free shipping is available for domestic US orders only.
Am I responsible for import duties and tax?
Yes. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total and vary by country.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email us at hello@gatheredlamb.com or sign in to your account and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for
your return. We will send you instructions from there.
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. See our refund question below for full details.
How do I receive a full refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. This helps us keep our product prices as accessible as possible for every customer.

Can I return items on sale?
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items are clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In that case please contact us at hello@gatheredlamb.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We are so sorry. Please email us at hello@gateheredlamb.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
I was sent the wrong item. How do I receive the correct one?
That is on us and we will fix it immediately. Email us at hello@gatheredlamb.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer prepaid return labels?
For returns, we will provide a prepaid return label upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total. Prefer to ship it back yourself? You are welcome to use the carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method so your return does not get lost in transit.
Clothing Fit & Size
How do your sizes run?
Most of our items fit true to size. Our sizes are based on age and weight ranges. Each product page includes a size guide with both age and weight measurements so you can find the best fit for your baby.
What size should I order for a newborn?
Newborn sizing fits most babies up to about 8-9 lbs. If your baby is on the larger side at birth or you are purchasing as a gift and want it to last a little longer, the 0-3M size is a solid choice.
My baby is between sizes. What do you recommend?
Size up. Babies grow fast and our pieces are designed with a little room in mind. A slightly larger fit wears better and longer than one they outgrow in a few weeks.
How do I care for my knitwear?
Knit pieces need a little extra care to stay beautiful. Here is what we recommend:
- Hand wash in cool water with
a gentle detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag. - Lay flat to dry for best results.
- If you prefer the dryer, use the lowest tumble setting only.
- Do not wring or twist the
fabric. - Avoid high heat as it can cause shrinking and alter the shape of the piece
- Store folded, not hung, to prevent stretching.
With the right care, these pieces hold up beautifully and are worth passing down.
Will my item shrink if washed incorrectly?
It can. Heat is the main culprit with knitwear. Warm or hot water and dryer heat will cause shrinking and can alter the shape of the piece. Stick to cool water and lay flat to dry and your item will stay true to size.
Wholesale
How do I apply to become a wholesale partner?
We work with boutiques and retailers who align with our brand values. You can apply and access our wholesale portal directly here. Once approved, you will have full access to place and manage orders.
What is the order minimum?
New accounts have an opening minimum of $250. Reorders start at $150. Each style has a per-item minimum of 2 units.
My baby is between sizes. What do you recommend?
We currently wholesale through both Faire and our direct portal. Our direct portal offers a simpler ordering experience, faster communication, and more flexibility for our retailers. If you are already on Faire and prefer to stay there, we are still active. But if you are ready to make the switch, we would love to have you in our direct wholesale community here.
How do I access my wholesale account?
Head to the portal login with the credentials from your approval email. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact us at [your email] and we will help you get in.

We offer gifted and discounted collaborations with content creators that feel like a genuine fit for our brand and community. We do not offer paid collaborations at this time.
